Can I place an order with you?

Beds & Borders is a wholesale grower serving garden centers, landscapers, designers, and other trade professionals in the Northeast (NY, CT, MA, VT, NJ, PA & RI).

If you’re interested in opening a wholesale account, please visit the Contact page on our website.

Not a trade professional? Please check with your local garden center for our products and let them know you’d like to see Beds & Borders plants available.

How do I set up a wholesale account?

Complete the Form on our Contact page.
A team member will follow up to finalize your account, after which you can access it by logging in to your customer portal.

How can I see what’s available to order?

Customers can access our digital catalog online OR by logging into their Customer Portal, or by emailing [email protected].  More info about product availability. 

Weekly availability emails are sent with our newsletter from mid-March through July, and again from September through October.

What should I do if a plant I’m looking for isn’t on your availability list?

 If a plant isn’t listed, we may still be able to grow it for you.
We accept custom grow requests from August through the first week of December.

Are you “The Gardens at Beds & Borders”?

No. The Gardens at Beds & Borders is a retail garden center that sells our products.

Where can I find the order sheet and pricing?

Existing customers can access the order sheet and pricing through the Customer Portal on our website.If you need assistance accessing your portal or prefer the order sheet emailed to you, please contact us at [email protected].

Can I place orders directly on your website?

 Yes, when logging into the Customer Portal,  customers can place orders. If you are a new wholesale customer and would like access, please Contact Us.

Do you offer delivery or shipping, and if so, what is the cost?

Yes, we offer delivery via grower truck throughout the Northeast and select Mid-Atlantic areas.
We do not ship through carriers such as FedEx or UPS.To request a freight quote, please email [email protected]

Are there minimum order requirements for delivery or pickup?

Delivery: During May, a $1,500 minimum order is required for delivery. At other times of the year, we can be more flexible.
Pickup: During May, there is a $300 minimum order for pickup. Pickup orders must be booked at least 48 hours in advance of your requested date.
